“For me, 1000cc motorcycle easier to drive in the rain because it has a higher power,” said the rider from Texas. “Motor does not have much torque 800cc and 250cc more wild.”

The rain that fell in Jerez also provide an opportunity for riders to test red light on the back of the motor. The red light will be used in the rain, giving support to the vision rider.

“I think it’s a good idea, because at Silverstone last year rider who was in the 6th position and so nearly lost sight distance and it makes racing more dangerous,” said Spies. “The red light may indeed just a small thing, but it makes us safer from accidents.”
