Read the interview below, or watch the video:
"I know that right now I have to be focused on Moto2"
Approaching the second half of an important final year in Moto2, Marc Márquez reviews his performances in the opening nine races of 2012.
At the midway stage of the season in Moto2, Marc Márquez is one of the favourites for the 2012 title. The Repsol rider is satisfied with how things have gone so far and is excited about the chance to make his move up to MotoGP with the Repsol Honda Team next season as World Champion.

It feels like it could be getting tedious to open what seems like every World Superbike round up this year with talk about the weather, but it has become a major factor in qualifying, if not racing, in 2012.
Every session of Superbike qualifying and practice this weekend has been hit by rain, with sessions being either getting wetter or getting dryer. Consistency has been lacking in all but this afternoon's free practice, with the track either getting wetter or dryer, with standing water hampering several sessions. The rain was tempered with sunshine that burned the light covering off quickly but left stretches of water in the heavier areas, giving the track uneven conditions that caught quite a few riders out in Superpole.

It is a bit of a risk, announcing that Valentino Rossi will be switching to Yamaha just a couple of days after getting caught out by a hacked Twitter and email account. This time, though, confirmation is coming from multiple sources, including our own. Rossi will be leaving Ducati for Yamaha at the end of this season, with an official press release expected from Yamaha on the morning of August 15th, the Italian national holiday of Ferragosto, and the day before the paddock assembles at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the Red Bull Indianapolis GP.
