While Ducati Corse is busy playing hide-the-Desmosedici at Sepang, HRC is all business in Malaysia this week, and has debuted its 2012 Honda RC213V MotoGP-contender. Motorcycle Racing Update

David Brivio say's “Stoner is very fast, and he has the ability to get the most out of the bike he is riding. But [Casey] doesn't have Valentino's ability to understand what the bike is doing and what it needs, and that's why he crashed so much at Ducati.”more story...Moto GP 2012 FastBikes

I stand here as person for what David Brivio said recently, I consider it as a trash talk. It is not in only human that can win in a single match, the winning ability are both compromised with rider, teamwork understanding, and its engine. I am not seeking in favor with other parties but I only sights an opinion peace.

With the MotoGP testing season kicking off at Valencia with the private CRT test, and the factory bikes starting on Tuesday at Sepang, Bridgestone issued a press release containing information on their 2012 tires for MotoGP. The tires have been changed from 2011, the carcass is now less rigid with the aim of helping the tires warm up faster and provide better feedback. Only the riders at Sepang will have the new tires for the moment, while the Aprilia CRT bikes will be using the "old" 2012 tires as debuted at Valencia in November.

BMW riders back on track at Valencia

Marco MelandriBMW Motorrad riders Marco Melandri and Leon Haslam have been continuing their preparation for the season ahead with two days of testing at Valencia in Spain. Melandri and Haslam completed a total of 950 kilometres of testing on the 2012 race version of the RR in good conditions.

The team focused on verifying the latest developments it has made in recent weeks. The bikes were equipped with the latest version of the engine, as well as updated software for the BMW electronics and the riders tried new parts on several areas of the bike.

“It was good to be back on the bike after the winter,” said Melandri. “The testing of the updated electronics was very encouraging. We checked if everything is working well before we go to Australia, and the result was good. Of course we still need to improve in some areas. In entering corners, I still need some more confidence on the bike in order so I am to push properly, but we are all working very hard and I am sure that we will find a solution at the next test in Australia. Phillip Island is not an easy track, so it is important to be confident with the bike to be able to go into the corners very fast. In the next two weeks I will keep in contact with the team and we will analyse the data from the test to prepare for Australia. In addition, I will do a lot of training.”

Haslam was also happy with the testing work: “It was a long winter back home and I am definitely happy to be back on the bike. We were lucky with the conditions. It was a bit cold in the morning, but we were able to get most out of the two days. We got through everything that we needed to go through, so I am very positive. These two days were important. We have a lot of new things for this year and it was good to test before we go to Phillip Island. In addition, it was good to get a few laps under our belts and get up to speed again. We definitely made big steps and are much further ahead compared to last year. It really is a stronger package and we still have five more days to test in Australia to dial it all in. Next week I will go to Germany to meet the team there. Then I will fly back home, do some PR-Events and continue my training programme, and then we will be already heading to Australia.”

Nicky Hayden

People will now confused for the declaration of Ducati Team if trembled Nicky Hayden will continue his journey on Moto GP 2012. He was Injured in Jerez match were his tandem all alone to continue the journey of Ducati Malboro Team in World Championship. News all over the world that he fits the ride for 1000cc engine test, but the truth is..it is not!. Nicky Hayden did not make the Tormo Valencia Circuit test because of his fatal injury.

People will now confused for the declaration of Ducati Team if trembled Nicky Hayden will continue his journey on Moto GP 2012.

The team may have big disappointments if Nicky Hayden push him into his limits without the proper time to spin the 1000cc engine. Ducati management says that Nicky Hayden is in huge medical treatment to heal his injuries and absolutely dock in immediately in Moto GP next season. This decision Sucks! I hope that management let Nicky Hayden heal naturally, and give the best for Nicky's Health. It is for the good and sake of Ducati Malboro Team. Mabuhay!

Franco Battaini

Following issues regarding Ducati Malboro Team, Franco Battaini spins 1000cc as a substitute for Nicky Hayden, Fraco lead the test with a brilliant 1:34.840 Fastest Lap end with 74 Laps in Test Tormo Valencia Circuit. This 39year old veteran is a big deal, in fact he has numbers of series match creating him a list in Moto GP 2012 line -up and that will be the biggest factor. Take note that this 39 yr old veteran with 15 yrs in experience with a weight of 67 Kg. Is considered as a huge factor. If you asking who replace Nicky only for this coming season Moto GP 2012 my bet will be Franco Battaini “The Replacement”.

Tormo Valencia Circuit 1000cc

Valle..! Looks like were having tremendous line-up in Moto GP next season. Prior to 2 day Valencia test held at Tormo Valencia Circuit last November off-season 08-09, 2011. The actions are more intense due to its high displacements Moto GP requires a 1000cc Moto Engines in every single entry. Last GP engines displacement is 800cc and take a lot of intense speed and stumbling actions.

Ducati Press Release: Checa And Battaini Give All-New GP12 Shakedown Test

Ducati test riders Franco Battaini and Carlos Checa (who also doubles as reigning World Superbike champion for Althea Ducati) have finally completed the shakedown test of Ducati's brand new Desmosedici GP12, bringing the watertight security lockdown at the Circuito de Jerez in southern Spain to an end. After Ducati Corse boss Filippo Preziosi described the bike as 90% new, there was massive media interest in the test, but after a mass of rumors emerged from previous Ducati tests, the Bologna factory tightened its grip on the situation. Almost nothing leaked from the tests, despite the best efforts of motorcycle journalists around the world.

Why Motorcycle Racing Fans Should Oppose The Stop Online Piracy Act

Go to Wikipedia today (Wednesday, January 18th) to search for information, and you will be met with a dark page bearing a stark warning: "Imagine a World Without Free Knowledge". The reason for Wikipedia's blackout is simple: they, along with other major internet companies such as Google, WordPress, Reddit, Tucows, Boing Boing and sites such Twitpic all oppose the legislation currently going through the US Congress to prevent so-called content piracy. Two bills are currently under consideration, the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) and the Protect Intellectual Property Act (PIPA), both of which are aimed at preventing the illegal theft of content owned by the US film, music and software industry.

That is a noble aim: the people who work hard to create the movies, TV series, music and computer games that we all love deserve to be paid for their work. They invest large amounts of money to produce content, and they do not deserve to have their product stolen and redistributed by gangs of organized criminals who make money off of the games, movies and music made by the content owners, without contributing anything to those content owners.
